The transition to PROPCO Enterprise was relatively smooth. The whole process was handled by one dedicated account handler who was able to offer us one-on-one support  to ensure that we got everything that we needed from the new software solution.

Due to previous experience with PropCo, I knew the priority within my new business would be to invest in PropCo software.

Using PROPCO we've been able to integrate multiple parts of the lettings business to enable us to free resources in terms of paper, physical staff resourcing and also time management for our internal staff.

In previous sofware I've used I've been able to use it for a function and complete a task and that's pretty much been it. With PROPCO we are able to see from start to finish from going online and doing the applicant matching, getting the tenant, putting them into a property, adding a property and having the new landlord entry all the way through to them being in a propety which is managed and managing the rent account, including the landlord login.

Relying on PROPCO has meant that we can sit back and know that everything from start to finish on the tenacy is going to be taken care of.
